Zoom Accounts
University Academic Staff Members can request Zoom accounts for official meetings, lectures and university related online activities.
Create a New Zoom Account
To obtain a Zoom account, send an email to noc@pdn.ac.lk
The request must be sent using your official university email account.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Surname with initials
- Names represented by initials
- Designation
- Faculty
- Google Workspace (GSuite) email Address
- Mobile phone number
- Office phone number
- UPF Number

Recover Learn Zoom Account Password
If you have forgotten your Learn Zoom password, you need to reset your PDN Account Password.
To reset your password, send an email to noc@pdn.ac.lk
The request must be sent using your official university email account.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Surname with initials
- Names represented by initials
- Designation
- Faculty
- PDN Account Username (Username Given to you for the zoom account)
- Mobile phone number
- Office phone number
- UPF Number
This information is required to verify the identity of the account owner before resetting the password.
Conditions
- Zoom accounts are provided only for official university activities.
- Requests must be sent using the official university email address.
- Incomplete requests may delay account processing.
- NCSU may request additional information for verification.
